Ontario Landlord OS is a side project built out of necessity. After navigating the LTB, fielding HRTO questions during tenant screening, and trying to analyze rental property deals without any Canada-specific tools, I started building what I wished existed.
Everything here is made for Ontario landlords and investors — not adapted from US templates, not generic Canadian advice. The Residential Tenancies Act, LTB procedures, HRTO compliance, and CRA rules for Canadian real estate are different enough that most resources out there simply don't apply.
